Sleeping Room Reservations
As a participant of the SRA Annual Meeting, we have a block of rooms reserved at the rate of $219 (single/double) + tax a night.
Reservations by Phone
Please call (888) 421-1442 to make a sleeping room reservation by phone. The group rate will be honored by identify yourself as a participant of "SRA International."

Select the General Block or Government Rated Rooms and proceed to enter your check-in and check-out dates.
If you would plan to arrive before October 16 or extend your departure day past October 20, the group rate shall be available five days pre and post based on availability.

Hotel Cancellations
If for some reason you need to cancel your attendance, please contact the Hyatt Regency O'Hare to cancel your hotel reservations. Notification 24 hours prior to the day of arrival is required to avoid a penalty. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
Check-In/Check-Out
The hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. The hotel bellmen can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.
Transportation
The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is just minutes from the O'Hare International Airport. Take advantage of the 24-hour, complimentary shuttle service, which runs every 15 minutes. Follow the red Shuttle signs at the airport to the designated pick-up area, O'Hare bus / Shuttle Center Door One. Shuttle buses are blue with white signage that reads Hyatt Regency O'Hare. For pick-up between 12:00 midnight and 4:00 a.m., guests must call the hotel directly
Taxi - All taxis are metered. Approximate cost O'Hare to Hyatt Regency is $10 - $12
