SRA Members
- To register for an event, Login to the SRA Web site.
- Click on "Register for a Meeting" on the left toolbar
- Select your conference.
- Select "Register for this event" located on the bottom of the page.
- Follow the registration instructions. When finished, "Add To Cart" and proceed to check-out.
Non-Members and Members with Lapsed Dues
Affiliate or Full Membership is required in order to attend a chapter meeting, so please complete the membership application prior to registering for the meeting. Please click here to become a member online or to renew your membership and start enjoying all the benefits of membership today. Once your membership is updated, please follow the SRA member steps to register for the meeting.

Fax your completed registration form with credit card information to (703) 741-0142 or mail your completed registration form with check to: SRA International, 1901 North Moore Street, Suite 1004, Arlington, VA 22209. Checks must include participant name and completed registration form. Please do not mail and fax your registration.
Pre-Registration and Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellation Fee
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before March 5, 2010. Cancellations submitted on or before March 5, 2010, are refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded unless specifically requested to the membership department; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after March 5, 2010. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
Pre-Registration Deadline - March 10, 2010
We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline, you may register and pay on-site. There will be an on-site registration processing fee of $15. For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation. o
