Cancellation Fee
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before August 8, 2012. Cancellations submitted on or before August 8, 2012, are refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded unless specifically requested to the membership payment department; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after August 8, 2012. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
On-Site Registration Details
The last day to pre-register for this meeting is August 8, 2012. For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
