CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Pre-Registration is closed. You can register on-site.
For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted.
Conference registration includes Sunday Opening Reception, General Session, Business Meeting, conference provided meals and concurrent sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Sunday workshops are an additional fee.

*Conference Registration includes the benefits of one year full membership with SRA International. Registrants will receive the SRA Catalyst, eBlasts, Journal of Research Administration, full access to online professional resources via the SRA Web site (this also includes the Body of Knowledge and the membership directory), full voting rights and discounted rates for SRA's Career Center.
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS (OPTIONAL)
The workshops held on Sunday are not included in the registration fee. Lunch is included if you sign up for a full day or two half day workshops. The registration fee for workshops does not include participation in any other activities such as social functions and concurrent sessions, which require full registration. Workshop descriptions can be found on the SRA Meeting Web site. You do not need to be an SRA member to attend a workshop.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
Cancellation Policy
Written requests for registration refunds must have been postmarked on or before February 29, 2012. Cancellations submitted on or before February 29, 2012, were refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded unless specifically requested to the membership department; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after February 29, 2012. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
