CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
Cancellation Policy
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before May 30, 2012. Cancellations submitted on or before May 30, 2012, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded unless specifically requested to the membership department; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after May 30, 2012. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
On-Site Registration Details
The last day to pre-register for this meeting is May 30, 2012. For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions. There will be an on-site registration processing fee of $15. For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
