When negotiating federal and federal flow through contracts, the research administrator is faced with the daunting task of reviewing, understanding and negotiating dozens of FAR clauses.   This two-part Webinar will explore some of the more critical clauses and guide the participant in understanding the implications of acceptance of the clause and techniques to lead negotiation or modification of the terms.  Part 1 will be held on August 15 and Part 2 will be held on August 22.
