Registrants must be a Full or Chapter Member to attend the SRAI Chesapeake Chapter Meeting . To receive the full meeting registration rate, you need to be an active Full or Chapter Member during the conference. Non-member Rate includes the full meeting registration and one year of SRAI Full Membership

Policies
Cancellation Policies
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before March 3, 2023. Cancellations submitted on or before March 3, 2023, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after March 3, 2023. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srainternational.org.
RegistrationWe cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline,
March 3, 2023, you may register and pay onsite. For onsite registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a Full or Chapter Member of SRAI at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.
