Check-In/Check-Out

The hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

From Business 40 Westbound (Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham and other points east)

• Take the Highway 52 North exit and then the 4th Street exit. Turn left at the top of the ramp onto 4th Street. Turn right onto Cherry Street; the entrance to the hotel parking garage is on the left just before 5th Street.
• Alternative Route: Take the MLK exit, turn right onto MLK, turn left onto 4th Street, turn right onto Cherry Street, turn left into the hotel parking garage.

From Business 40 Eastbound (Boone and other points west)

• Take the Peters Creek Parkway exit. Turn right at the top of the ramp onto Peters Creek Parkway. Follow it around the Winston-Salem Dash baseball stadium (the street name will change to 2nd Street). Turn left onto Cherry Street and go through two stoplights; the entrance to the hotel parking garage is on the left just before 5th Street.

From Interstate 40 Westbound (Fayetteville, Wilmington and other points south and east)

• Take the Silas Creek Parkway exit. Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Silas Creek Parkway; turn right onto Peters Creek Parkway. Follow it over Business 40 and around the Winston-Salem Dash baseball stadium (the street name will change to 2nd Street). Turn left onto Cherry Street and go through two stoplights; the entrance to the hotel parking garage is on the left just before 5th Street.
• Alternate Route: 52 North, take the Research Parkway exit, turn left onto Research Parkway, go under Business 40, turn left onto 4th Street, turn right onto Cherry Street, turn left into the hotel parking garage.

• Take the Peters Creek Parkway Exit. Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Peters Creek Parkway. Turn left onto Cherry Street and go through two stoplights; the entrance to the hotel parking garage is on the left just before 5th Street.

Parking

Parking will be available for free in the hotel parking garage during the event. Please bring your parking ticket to the registration desk to receive a validated ticket enabling you to exit the garage.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
