2019 Pacific Northwest Chapter Meeting
Call for Speaking Proposals!
The Pacific Northwest Chapter of SRA International is currently seeking presenters for the 2019 Annual Meeting scheduled for July 19 at Seattle Children's Research Institute, located in Downtown Seattle.
The 2019 conference will pull together an experienced group of presenters to discuss topics and ideas critical to strengthening the foundation of research administration in a time of constant change.
Speaking at an SRAI Chapter Meeting provides you with an excellent opportunity to share your learning experiences, improve your speaking skills and network with other Research Administrators.
If you are interested in speaking, don't pass up your chance to submit a speaking proposal. There is no limit on the number of proposals you may submit. New and previous speakers are welcome and encouraged!
Speaking proposals for concurrent sessions (approx. 1 hour 15 min. long) - either choose from the following examples or submit your own idea:
- Working with Start-Ups
- Subreceipient Monintoring
- Negotiating Contract Terms
- Developing Budgets for Research Proposals
Please be aware that SRA International is a volunteer organization. No reimbursement or stipends are being offered. Please submit a description of your proposed session and the name(s) and contact information of the presenter(s) by March 19. The description should not contain more than 30 lines (max. 500 words).
