The Post-Award Intensive will occur over a two-week period, May 13 - May 22, 2024.The cohort will meet weekly on Monday and Wednesday at 1:00 - 4:30 PM ET. Online classes will be recorded and available for 30 days following the program.

May 13, 2024 Classroom session 1 1:00-4:30 PM ET Session 1: Receiving the award and account setup.
May 15, 2024 Classroom session 2 1:00-4:30 PM ET Session 2: Daily financial management of awards, including cost allowability and cost transfers.
May 20, 2024 Classroom session 3 1:00-4:30 PM ET Session 3: Monthly, quarterly, and annual Post Award duties, including billing/invoicing, effort reporting, and financial reporting.
May 22, 2024 Classroom session 4 1:00-4:30 PM ET Session 4: Award closeout, internal controls, audit, cost accounting, and case studies.
