VICRA - Registration

*To receive the member rate, you need to be an SRA International member during the conference.

**Non-member rate includes the full meeting registration and one year of SRA International membership. 

***Institutional rate includes access for up to 3 employees, each at a different location. Registration includes access to the conference, as well as an SRAI membership for one year. Workshops are not included.

****Introduction to Research Management Certificate includes full meeting registration plus pre-conference workshop.

A registration form must be emailed for wire payments and include reference numbers. For wire instructions, please click here. Cheques must include participant name and completed registration form. 

Registration Policy

We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked seven (7) days before the Conference. Cancellations submitted seven (7) days before the Conference are refunded less a $25 USD cancellation fee. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of cancellation.
