Registration Fees

Must be a Full Member to attend an SRA International Section Meeting.

*To receive the member full meeting registration rate, you need to be an SRA International member during the conference.

**Non-member Full Meeting Rate includes the full meeting registration and one year of SRA International membership. Please do not select membership and the non-member rate.

***The workshops held on Sunday are not included in the registration rate. Lunch is included if you sign up for a full day workshop or two half-day workshops. The registration rate for the workshop does not include participation in any other activities such as social functions and concurrent sessions, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, which require full registration. You need to be an SRA International Full Member to attend a workshop. Full workshop descriptions are available online.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before February 22, 2019. Cancellations submitted on or before February 22, 2019 , are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If membership dues were paid while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after February 22, 2019. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.

Registration

We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the pre-registration deadline, March 1, 2019, you may register and pay onsite. Acceptable payments for onsite registrations are check or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a full member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRA International meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRA International and other third parties.
