Ms. Rhodes is the Managing Director at About The Money | ATM-Grants serving as the Practice lead and a subject matter expert with experience in providing grant management compliance, internal control, and ethics training across the US.
Ms. Rhodes has more than 25 years experience working in grant management. She is responsible for the Practice’s grant management and risk mitigation services, business reengineering, and organizational change initiatives.
Ms. Rhodes is also responsible for the Practice’s educational initiatives, which includes live and online training and our learning management solutions. Ms. Rhodes brings direct experience developing policies, procedures, and internal controls for grant management. She has direct experience leading grant management operations at universities and nonprofits, building teams and supervising staff, and with implementation of systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and service orientation. Her expertise includes: expanding sponsored program portfolios, operational improvement initiatives; facilitating culture change, and the establishment of policies, procedures, and quality assurance controls. Client engagements focus on organizational compliance with regulatory requirements, process logic, service orientation, and staffing effectiveness and adequacy. Ms. Rhodes’ client-centric approach supports the integration of disparate systems and processes, yielding functional models for resolving operational challenges and resource utilization inefficiencies.

Ms. Rhodes brings expertise in compliance with federal regulations (2 CFR 200, OMB Circulars A-21, A-122, A-110, A-133), agency regulations (NIH, ED, NSF, EDGAR, and others). Services include pre- and post-award operations improvement, policy development assistance, compliance risk assessments, and audit response assistance.
