Conference Registration and Hotel Reservations
If you are looking to check a few items off your to-do list, why not go ahead and take care of your conference registration and hotel reservations for the 2018 Midwest/Southern Section Meeting?

Registration is open and you can register here, and the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch is already taking room reservations priced at $189/night plus tax. The hotel is located under the Gateway Arch and within walking distance of Basilica of St. Louis and Busch Stadium.

Things to Do in St. Louis
St. Louis offers a wide range of local attractions to explore both in and out of downtown. If you are in the mood for sightseeing with a group, check out Explore St. Louis for information on how to join a walking, cycling, bus, or cruise tour and learn more about the history of the area, visit local wineries and breweries, or shop shop shop! Or if you prefer a more solo and less set agenda, St. Louis is home to Cherokee Antique Row and Soulard, home to numerous restaurants, specialty shops, and local hangouts.

Silent Auction
As in previous years, there will be a silent auction at the meeting, and we are looking for people to sign up to bring items. The funds from the silent auction directly support travel scholarships, so it’s a great way to contribute, and you can have the added fun of getting into a bidding war with your fellow administrators.

If you would like to donate, please sign up on Sign Up Genius with your name, a description of the item you plan to donate, and the item’s value. Popular items in past silent auctions have included: handmade items, sports items, jewelry, local specialty items, and gift cards.
