To allow participants to attend within their waking hours, the event will take place for a period of five hours each day, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) zone. *Please note that this is a preliminary schedule and is subject to change.

VICRA II's program comprises two tracks with all the sessions necessary to earn either the Introduction to Research Administration and Management (IRAM) certificate for those 3 years or less in Research Administration or the Practice of Research Administration and Management (PRAM) certificate aimed for those four years or more in Research Administration.  The first two days will start with a keynote and will finish with a Q&A session with a panel of that day’s presenters. For the Electives on Day 3, you can choose either of the two parallel sessions.
