Check-In/Check-Out

The hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.

Parking

The self parking rate is $35.00 and valet parking rate is $40. 

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a two night's room and general excise tax charge. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.

Colorado Springs Airport (COS)

  • Distance: Approximately 11.5 miles / 19 minutes from The Broadmoor.
  • Estimated taxi fare: $35 - $45 USD (one way).
  • Alternate transportation: For car rentals, ride-share services like Uber/Lyft (estimated $20 - $30), and shuttle options through Gray Line, visit the official Colorado Springs Airport website​

Denver International Airport (DEN)

  • Distance: Approximately 75 miles / 90 minutes from The Broadmoor.
  • Estimated taxi/uber fare: $125 USD (one way).

International Attendees

SRAI welcomes all international attendees and hopes to make your experience in Colorado Springs as easy as possible. Whether this is your first time coming to the United States or you are a seasoned traveler, some things you should note from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are included here.

  • Visit the US Department of State Website for information or changes to the visa process.
  • Register online for the 2025 SRAI Western/Midwest Section meeting and then request your Letter of Invitation from SRA International.
    • Complete one request for each person requiring a Letter of Invitation through SRAI.
    • Obtaining a Letter of Invitation will NOT guarantee that you will be approved for a visa. The letter is merely supplementary information that explains a visa applicant's intended purpose to travel.
  • Apply for your visa as early as possible and at least 90 days prior to your departure date.
  • Check your passport expiration date to make sure it will be valid for at least six more months.
  • If you already have a visa, check the expiration date to make sure it will not expire before your trip is completed.
