Opening Reception
Get ready to mingle and have fun at this year’s reception! Grab a drink and make lifetime network connections with the most interesting people in the Research Administration field. Casual attire and good mood are encouraged. The Reception is on Thursday, March 27 at 5:30 PM.

Dinner Groups

Join a Wednesday Dinner Group for a great networking opportunity with your peers! The Broadmoor offers amazing on-property dining choices, making it easy to enjoy a fantastic meal without leaving the resort. Sign up online or onsite at the SRAI Registration Desk. Participants are responsible for their own expenses and will meet in the hotel lobby at 6:45 PM before heading to the restaurant together.

Newcomers Welcome & Introduction to SRAI

New to SRAI? Kick off your experience at the Newcomers Welcome & Introduction to SRAI on Wednesday, March 26, from 5:30–6:30 PM in West Ballroom A! This is a great chance to connect with fellow first-time attendees, meet SRAI leadership, and engage with dedicated members—all in a fun, relaxed setting with games and prizes. Plus, get the inside scoop on SRAI and the educational opportunities available over the next few days. Don’t miss it!
