The Society of Research Administrators International welcomes research administration professionals from all organizations committed to engaging in the broad spectrum of research.  Whether you are from a university, non-profit, hospital, government agency or commercial enterprise, and wherever you are on the globe, SRA International is your organization.

We are excited to announce the 2009 Annual Meeting which will be held in Seattle, WA, October 17 - 21, at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. This year's meeting theme Research Without Borders, encompasses the very essence of our program: content relevant to colleagues across the globe and across institutional affiliations.

SRA's Annual Meeting offers a world of educational and professional development opportunities: comprehensive, hands-on workshops and sessions; training programs, networking opportunities, and a multitude of volunteer opportunities connecting you with over 1500 research administration professionals.

Wherever you are in your career, from those new to the profession to the seasoned administrator, you will find Annual Meeting Program content relevant to you. In addition to our eight tracks of program content (Global Research; Management and Operations; Financial Management; Sponsored Programs Administration; Sponsors and Agencies; Research Ethics; Research Law, SRA Executive Institute) we are pleased to be able to offer four of SRA's Certificate Programs in their entirety at the Seattle meeting: Human Research ProtectionsResearch Law, and Research Integrity and Clinical Trials 201 Course Outline.
