Registration is available onsite at the meeting only.

Important Notice Regarding Registration Badge

Since Gaylord Opryland is a facility that is open to the public, SRA meeting attendees will be issued a unique registration badge, which must be displayed at all times while attending meeting sessions or functions. This will be strictly enforced for the security and convenience of attendees.

Important Dates

• Early Registration Deadline
  Friday, September 14, 2007
  Save $60! Your registration form and payment must be submitted via mail and postmarked on or before September 14 to be eligible for the early registration discounted rate.  Registration forms and payments submitted via faxed or online MUST be dated/time stamped by 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on September 14 to be eligible for the early registration discounted rate.  All registrants who do not register by September 14, will be charged an additional fee of $60.
   
• Advance Registration Deadline
  Friday, September 21, 2007
  All registrations and payments must be received in the SRA International Office prior to September 21.  After September 21, you MUST register at the on-site registration counter.  Registration forms will not be processed at SRA headquarters after September 21.  Bring your registration form and payment to the on-site registration counter at the Gaylord Opryland.
    
• Cancellations and Refunds
  Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before September 21, 2007. Cancellations submitted on or before September 21st are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.  If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded unless specifically requested; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after September 21, 2007 unless you have a medical emergency in which we must receive a written notice.  Refunds are not given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the close of the meeting, no refunds will be issued before the start of the meeting.
