2010 North Carolina Chapter Meeting

Pre Registration is closed. You may register on-site at the Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord Resort starting Sunday, March 7. Please see the conference program for more details.

You must be a full or affiliate member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to attend a chapter meeting.

Registration Fee for Current SRA Members

OPTIONAL WORKSHOPS FEES

 

One Full Day Workshops or Two Half-Day Workshops

$215 each

 

Half Day Workshops

$115 each

Cancellation Fee
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before February 19, 2010. Cancellations submitted on or before February 19, 2010, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded unless specifically requested to the membership department; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after February 19, 2010. Refunds are not given for no-shows.

On-Site Registration Details
For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions.  Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted.  All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
