Registrants must be a SRAI Member to attend the 2026 Collaborative Section Meeting. To receive the full meeting registration rate, you need to be an active member during the conference. Non-member Rate includes the full meeting registration and one year of SRAI Membership.
POLICIES
Access Policies
Your registration may include one or both meetings depending on the option you selected:
- Pre-Award Registration: All concurrent sessions on Monday and Tuesday, Exhibit Hall, Tuesday night reception, and lunch on both days.
- Post-Award Registration: All concurrent sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, Exhibit Hall, Tuesday night reception, and lunch on both days.
- Full Collaborative Registration (Pre + Post): All concurrent sessions Monday–Thursday, Exhibit Hall, Tuesday night reception, and lunch each day (Monday–Thursday). Sunday and Friday workshops require additional fees.
Registration Policy
We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. For onsite registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted. You must be a Full Member of SRAI at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.
Cancellation Policy
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before April 17, 2026. Cancellations submitted on or before April 17, 2026, less $100 meeting cancellation fee per meeting and $25 cancellation fee per workshop. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fees. No refunds will be made after April 17, 2026. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srai.org.
Consent to Use Image
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRAI and other third parties.
