*Full or Chapter Membership in SRAI is required to attend the meeting. If you are not a member of SRAI, your Full Membership fee will be included in the meeting registration fee. Full meeting registration includes access to the educational sessions, provided conference meals, Chapter Business Meeting, and networking during the event. 

**Non-member registration rate includes one-year of SRAI Full Membership.

***The pre-conference workshops held on Monday are not included in the full meeting registration rate. The registration rate for the workshops include breakfast and lunch on Monday only. The registration rate for workshops does not include participation in any other activities such as social functions and concurrent sessions on Tuesday, which require full meeting registration. You must be a Full Member of SRAI to register for and attend a workshop.

Registration by Mail

Full payment must be received prior to the start date of the event. Checks must include participant name and be accompanied with a completed registration form. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please contact registration@srainternational.org. 

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before July 11, 2023. Cancellations submitted on or before July 11, 2023, are refunded less a $50 meeting cancellation fee and a $25 cancellation fee per workshop. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after July 11, 2023. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srainternational.org.

Registration

We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline, July 11, 2023, you may register and pay onsite. For onsite registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a Full or Chapter Member of SRAI at the time of the meeting to receive member rates, and a Full Member of SRAI to register for and attend the workshop(s).

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRAI and other third parties.
