Kania Greer, Ed.D

Kania has worked in Research Administration for the past 12 years, as both a PI and an administrator serving faculty and assisting them with processes. She currently serves as a research liaison and post-award specialist for research development.

Dr. Ingerick joined Southwest Research Institute in 2014 and currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Subcontracts and Program Compliance Groups within the Purchasing Department. In this capacity, she oversees all subcontracting and program compliance activities, including the Small Business Office. Her responsibilities include ensuring audit compliance, establishing and implementing departmental goals and strategic plans, and driving continuous process improvement and change management efforts. Through her leadership, Dr. Ingerick has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and advancing organizational objectives.

Rachelle Joseph is an accomplished higher education and research administration leader serving as Assistant Vice President of Sponsored Programs at Boston University. With a foundation in accounting, finance, and academic medicine, she leads institution‑wide efforts supporting sponsored research compliance, financial stewardship, and sustainable research operations. Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to equity and inclusion, Rachelle is an EdD student in the Executive Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at BU Wheelock College, where her work examines how cross‑disciplinary partnerships can expand global engagement and international research collaborations. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, tennis, art, and global cuisine.

Justin Keller, MA

Justin Keller serves as Grants Coordinator and IACUC Administrator at Arkansas Tech University.  He brings nearly 20 years of leadership across nonprofit, higher education, and public sectors, from directing statewide hunger relief campaigns to serving on his hometown's City Council. When not working or exploring AI applications, Justin can be found with his family or relaxing in the woods.

With 25+ years in higher education, healthcare, and industry—including roles at Cayuse, NYU, UPenn, Einstein Healthcare, Cincinnati Children’s, and UIC—she helps organizations strengthen mentorship impact. Her doctoral research anchors Ignita’s approach, and she contributes to the Huntsville National Space Club and HERC.

2025 SRAI Future of the Field Honoree

Kirsti has been working as a research administrator for over 8 years in public university settings. She is proud to have been a part of many projects to improve tools and processes, support submissions for large collaborative projects, and use data analytics to track and visualize submission and award trends. In 2025 Kirsti was honored as an SRAI Future of the Field award recipient. She is in her first year of Virginia Tech’s Public Administration PhD program and is excited to use this opportunity to further develop her research interests and make scholarly contributions to the field of research administration.

Shruti Srivastava, PhD

Dr. Shruti Srivastava is a research management professional and molecular biologist who bridges science and strategy to enable impactful research ecosystems. Currently a Senior Manager at Ashoka University’s Research and Development Office, she leads multi-institutional collaborations, grant management, and capacity-building initiatives. With a PhD in Molecular Cell Biology and a strong publication record in infectious diseases, her work spans tuberculosis research, COVID-19 response, and scientific administration. She has received several prestigious fellowships and awards, and actively mentors researchers in grant writing and research communication. Passionate about strengthening research culture, she enjoys fostering collaborations, advancing global mobility in academia.
