2022 iSeries Conference: A Virtual Success!

Thank you to everyone for participating in this year’s 2022 iSeries Conference!

The 2022 iSeries Conference meeting was an online education event that served to highlight all areas of research administration. SRAI’s own working groups developed the overall program identifying the hottest topics and content areas most important for research administrators. This meeting truly could not have happened without them and their expertise.

We especially thank the working group chairs who brought vision and knowledge to the conference and went above and beyond to put together this phenomenal program.

  • Administration Management Working Group
    • Beth Cammarn, Research Operations Manager, University of Texas Medical Branch
    • Jessica Rowell, Senior Proposal Analyst, University of Colorado Boulder
  • Clinical and Translational Working Group
    • Kevin Titus, Business Director, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center
  • Financial Management Working Group
    • Jason Claes, Oncology Clinical Research Manager, TriHealth Cancer Institute
  • Leadership and Professional Development Working Group
    • Ian Carter, Director, Carter Research Navigation
    • Gloria Greene, Assistant Vice President Contracts and Grants, Office of Sponsored Programs, The University of Alabama in Huntsville
  • Pre-Award and Research Development Working Group
    • Courtney Hunt, Program Director, Strategic Planning, Houston Methodist Academic Institute
  • Research Contracts and Law Working Group
    • Timothy Gehret, Senior Contracting Officer, University of Colorado Boulder
  • Research Ethics and Compliance Working Group
    • Gloria Greene, Assistant Vice President Contracts and Grants, Office of Sponsored Programs, The University of Alabama in Huntsville
    • Marianne Woods, Faculty and Program Director, John Hopkins University

Our attendance for this meeting exceeded expectations and turned out to be an outstanding event. With over 35 session options and recordings that registered attendees have access to up to 30 days post-event, there was something for everyone. This expansive program was made possible in large part to not only our working group members, but also our expert speakers. We are grateful for their efforts and support.

We look forward to offering even more virtual content in the future! If you would like to get involved with next year’s iSeries Conference, please reach out and let us know by sending an email to sraeducation@srainternational.org.
