Register today for the SRAI Virtual Research Administration Conference. This conference is a virtual event that offers one year's worth of training in three days, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. The conference is completely virtual to provide an option for those who cannot travel but still want to experience the quality programming. Complete with networking opportunities and multiple educational tracks, this event is one you won't have to miss. This event will take place virtually from April 20 - 22. Registrants will be provided with login details prior to the event. 

Group registration rate provides access for up to 5 or 20 employees, each at a different location. All attendees must be identified at the time of payment. The workshop can be purchased at an additional cost of $195 per registrant. To earn the CTRA or IRAM Certificate, attendees must be an active SRAI member during the conference. 

*Group registration for 5 attendees includes SRAI membership for one year. 

Early Bird registration closes April 10.

Policies

Cancellation Policy
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before April 6. Cancellations submitted on or before April 6, less a $50 meeting cancellation fee and a $25 cancellation fee per workshop. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after April 6 Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srainternational.org.

Accommodation Request
Requests for accessibility accommodation must be submitted on or before April 6 to SRAI in writing to registration@srainternational.org.

Registration Policy 
We cannot process any advance registrations without full payment. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a full member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive meeting member rate.    

Artificial Intelligence Policy 
SRAI wants to encourage participation and collaboration, while maintaining everyone's right to privacy. With this in mind, we do not allow Artificial Intelligence software "bots" to attend our public or private events. This also applies to SRAI webinars, Coffee Talks, virtual conferences, and committee meetings; these are only available to members and paying non-members and should not be captured by AI bots. Association staff will remove AI bots from meetings.

Consent to Use Photographic Images 
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRAI and other third parties.
