The Beyond the Basics: Critical Thinking in Research Administration Intensive will occur over two day period,  March 9 & 10, 2026. The cohort will meet Monday and Tuesday in Arlington, VA at 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET.

Cancellation Policy


Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before February 23, 2026. Cancellations submitted on or before February 23, 2026less a $50 meeting cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after February 23, 2026. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srai.org.

Registration Policy


We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline on February 23, 2025, you may register, a $30 fee will be accessed for late registration charges. Acceptable payments for registrations are check or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a full member of SRAI at the time of the meeting to receive meeting member rate.

Registration includes access to the assignments and PowerPoint slides.

*To receive the member registration rate, you need to be an SRAI member during the conference.

Artificial Intelligence Policy 


SRAI wants to encourage participation and collaboration, while maintaining everyone's right to privacy. With this in mind, we do not allow Artificial Intelligence software "bots" to attend our public or private events. This also applies to SRAI webinars, Coffee Talks, virtual conferences, and committee meetings; these are only available to members and paying non-members and should not be captured by AI bots. Association staff will remove AI bots from meetings.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRAI and other third parties.
