Subrecipient Monitoring and Management Mini-Intensive

The Subrecipient Monitoring and Management Mini-Intensive will be held virtually and occur over a two-days period, October 7 & 9, 2025. The cohort will meet on each day for 3.5-hours starting at 1:00 PM ET via Zoom. Online classes will also be recorded and available for 30-days following the program. Registrants will be provided with login details prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy


Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before September 23, 2025. Cancellations submitted on or before September 23, 2025, less a $50 meeting cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after September 23, 2025. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srainternational.org.

Requests for accessibility accommodation must be submitted on or before September 23, 2025 to SRAI in writing to registration@srainternational.org

Registration Policy


We cannot process any advance registrations without full payment. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a full member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive meeting member rate. Registration includes access to the videoed sessions, assignments and PowerPoint slides.

Artificial Intelligence Policy 


SRAI wants to encourage participation and collaboration, while maintaining everyone's right to privacy. With this in mind, we do not allow Artificial Intelligence software "bots" to attend our public or private events. This also applies to SRAI webinars, Coffee Talks, virtual conferences, and committee meetings; these are only available to members and paying non-members and should not be captured by AI bots. Association staff will remove AI bots from meetings.

Consent to Use Photographic Images


Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRAI and other third parties.
