LevelUP Frequently Asked Questions

How much time do I have to complete the module and assessment?

Learners have 365 days from date of purchase to complete the module and assessment. Within that time, you may complete the module and assessment at any time that works best for you and your schedule.

If I close the module, will my progress still be saved?

Yes. The modules id designed to save your progress and will automatically reload where you left off if you sign-out of the program.

Can I close the assessment to return and finish later?

Assessments must be taken in one sitting, progress is not saved and if you close out of the assessment you will need to retake the assessment from the beginning.

How long is the assessment?

The assessment is comprised of 50 questions that are chosen at random and there is no time limit to complete the assessment as long as it is completed in one sitting.

What types of questions are on the assessment?

Question styles include multiple choice and true/false.

What is the assessment’s passing score?

Learners must earn a minimum score of 75% in order to pass the module and earn CEU credit.

How many times am I allowed to take the assessment?

Learners are allowed to take the assessment up to a maximum of 4 times. If a learner fails to pass the exam after their 4th try, they must re-purchase the module in order to obtain CEU credit and a LevelUP badge.

Is the assessment open book?

Yes, the assessment is open book! Learners have the ability to go back into the module and review content as they work on the assessment.

How do I obtain access to my completed badge?

Upon passing the assessment, learners will receive an email with instructions on how to download their LevelUP badge and showcase it on various platforms.

Pricing for each LevelUP module is $175 for members
and $225 for non-members.

LevelUP for Institutions
