Certificate Tracking Instructions

Follow the steps below to ensure your attendance is properly recorded for each session attended at an SRAI meeting. As a reminder, members have up to three years to track and complete certificate requirements.

Option 1: i-Attend App

The i-Attend Self Check-In App is the preferred and recommended method to tracking your certificate progress at our in person meetings.  To use the app:

  1. Search for i-Attend Self Check-In in your app store.
  2. Download and install the app.
  3. Log-in using:
    • Email Address (the one you registered with)
    • Password: SRAIEVENTS
  4. Look for the Certificate Tracking sign in the session room. This can typically be found in the very front or very back of the room.
    • You can check in two ways:
      1. Scan the QR code on the sign, OR
      2. Enter the Event PIN in the app.

Tip: To confirm the sessions you have scanned, visit the i-Attend website on a desktop computer and log-in using:

    • Organization ID: SRAI
    • Email Address
    • Password: SRAIEVENTS

Option 2: Paper Tracking Sheets

Prefer not to use the app? You can use the Certificate Tracking Booklet created for that meeting instead. Downloadable versions of the Certificate Tracking Booklet will be made available on each meeting’s continuing education page.

  1. Print the Certificate Tracking Booklet or pick up a copy at SRAI Registration.
  2. Write the meeting season and year (i.e. SPRING2026) on the line next to each session or workshop you complete.
  3. Return the completed booklet to SRAI Registration.

Tip: Even if you use the booklet, downloading the i-Attend App is highly recommended for tracking your progress and quickly verifying the sessions you attended.
