2022 SRAI Election Results
Each year, SRA International holds elections for positions on the Board of Directors, a comprehensive group of our members who devote time and effort throughout the year to enhance the organization through the service of governance. In accordance with the Bylaws of the Society Article 5.35, the candidates for the positions of President-Elect, Treasurer, and At-Large members for the Board of Directors have been informed of the election results.
On behalf of the Board of Director’s Nominations Committee, it is my pleasure to officially announce the election results. Marcos Garza was elected Secretary and Marchon Jackson and Debbie Pettitt were elected as At-Large Board members.
Brief bio sketches for Marcos, Marchon, and Debbie are provided below. I encourage you to review their bio sketches and get to know our newly elected Board members.
Please join the Board in congratulating the winners of this year’s election. We look forward to working with them and all of you who actively give of your personal time in the variety of activities that make SRAI such a great organization.
The Board also thanks Bruce Steinert and Jason Claes (candidates for Secretary) and Karen Bone, Jean Mercer, Kevin Titus, and Floris van der Leest (candidates for At-Large Board Member). Their demonstrated commitment to the success of SRAI is recognized throughout our Society, and we appreciate all they continue to do for SRAI.
Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to all members, and there are two opportunities to attend at the upcoming Annual Meeting in Las Vegas: Monday, October 31 from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday, November 4 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
