View from the Top | Building Momentum 

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s SRAI Annual Meeting in Chicago a tremendous success! The energy and excitement were palpable throughout the five days of learning, networking, and celebrating. Sessions were well attended, and participants were highly engaged, asking insightful questions and sharing ideas. This truly embodies the essence of professional development and what SRAI stands for – learning from one another and building networks. I hope your experience was as enriching as mine.
For those who could not attend the Annual Meeting do not worry – there are numerous opportunities to continue learning and networking. Be sure to check out the Encore Webinar Series,  as well as other upcoming virtual and in-person events.
Looking ahead, I am excited to build on our momentum by expanding our programs to new markets and nurturing the next generation of research administrators. Keep an eye out for more information on our first-ever Global Research Management Summit in Dubai and the new SRAI Professional Development Framework.
Feel free to reach out to me with your ideas! I encourage you to join one of our many committees and working groups. This is a fantastic way to meet new people and contribute to the field.Thank you once again for your participation and enthusiasm. Let us continue to grow and learn together!
