Call For Proposals

Deadline: January 9th, 2026

SRAI is currently looking for informed subject experts to speak at the 2026 Collaborative Section Meeting. We are seeking speakers who can contribute new insights and/or practices. New and previous speakers are welcomed!

Speaking at an SRAI Section Meeting provides you with an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge and learning experiences, increase your exposure and network with other research administrators and managers from around the world!

Speaker Information

How to submit a speaking proposal

  • Click on "Submit a Speaking Proposal" at the top of this page and complete the online form.
  • Note: Once submitted, proposals cannot be edited via the portal. To make change before the deadline of Friday, January 9 please email SRAI at sraeducation@srai.org

Proposal Limits

You may submit multiple proposals, but individual speakers may not lead more than one workshop and two concurrent sessions.

Review Timeline

Proposals will be reviewed in December, with notifications sent out in January.

Please note

As a volunteer-led organization, SRAI is unable to provide stipends, complimentary registration, or reimbursements for speakers.
