A block of rooms is reserved at the rate of $219 + tax a night.

Check-In/Check-Out

The hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.

Parking

Valet parking is available in a protected underground garage for $60 per night, with 24-hour access and in/out privileges. Vehicles can be picked up in the motor lobby on level LL3 of the atrium tower. Availability may be limited.

Self-parking is not available on-site, but guests may use designated off-property lots at discounted rates (no in/out privileges). Rates and availability may vary, and unsecured lots are not recommended.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid a one-night room charge plus tax. Please note that canceling your hotel reservation DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
