Conference Lodging

A block of rooms is reserved at the rate of $249.00 per night (Single/Double) plus tax a night. 

Last date to make sleeping room reservations is March 26, 2027.

Check-In/Check-Out

The hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.

Parking

Valet Parking: $96.60 inclusive of tax per vehicle, subject to change.
Self-Parking: $62.70 inclusive of tax per vehicle, subject to change.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made by 3 PM PST 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one-night's room and general excise tax charge. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
