Registration Fees

*After the Pre-registration deadline, February 13, you could register at the on-site rate. There will be an on-site registration processing fee of $30.
**You must be a full member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.

Please Note:

Already registered attendees may transfer to a different training program per email no later than seven business days prior to the original training program selected. The transfer fee for switching from one program to another is $50. Please send your requests to Jenny Atkison. Transfers WILL NOT be available on-site.

Registration Policy

To attend a SRAI Winter Intensive Training Program you do NOT need to be a member of SRA International. After the Pre-registration deadline,February 13, 2019, you can register at the on-site rate. There will be an on-site registration processing fee of $30. You must be a full member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before February 8, 2019. Cancellations submitted on or before February 8, 2019, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If membership dues were paid while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after February 8, 2019. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.

Guidelines

We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline February 13, 2019, you may register and pay on-site. Acceptable payments for on-site registrations are check or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRA International meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRA International and other third parties.
