2019 Texas Chapter Meeting

Full or Chapter membership in SRA International is required to attend the meeting. If you are not a member of SRA International, your annual membership fee will be included in the meeting registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before June 4, 2019. Cancellations submitted on or before June 4, 2019, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If membership dues were paid while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after June 4, 2019. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.

Guidelines

We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline, June 4, 2019, you may register and pay onsite. Acceptable payments for onsite registrations are check or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a full or Chapter member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRA International meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRA International and other third parties.
