Welcome to the North Carolina Chapter of the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI). We proudly serve the state of North Carolina with education, professional development, and networking opportunities. We are a vibrant network providing access to the changing research management landscape and fostering relationships among collaborating institutions.
The NC Chapter of SRAI will be hosting its annual chapter meeting in July, and it will be a great time to reconnect with colleagues and meet new ones from across the state and around the region, to hone your research administration skills, and to learn more about new topics of interest in our field.
Given it’s the end of the fiscal year for many of you, you may be able to utilize professional development funds to register and attend; you can build upon your current skillset and become more knowledgeable in your job.
If you’re planning a summer vacation at the NC, SC, VA, or GA beaches, the meeting in Chapel Hill could be easily added to the beginning or end of your trip…allowing you to couple relaxation with some business.
There is a full slate of workshops and concurrent sessions that are bound to be of interest to you.
We hope that many of you can attend the chapter meeting for either a day of concurrent sessions (July 25th), a day of workshops (July 24th), or both days.
BE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY to reserve your spot and take advantage of the early bird rates.
Becoming an active member in the North Carolina Chapter is a great way to learn more about research administration as well as providing many other great benefits. Take part in the following opportunities:
