Things to Do in New York

Start your day like a true New Yorker with a fresh coffee from stylish Think Coffee. With your brew in hand, take a leisurely wander from Midtown to the Meatpacking District along the High Line. This delightful inner city park is built on an elevated section of the former New York Central Railroad. Then visit bustling Chelsea Market, where you’ll find dining and shopping opportunities galore, including art and vintage fashion at Artists & Fleas. For a classic American brunch, try Bubby’s.

In the afternoon, head downtown to pause for reflection at the poignant National September 11 Memorial and Museum, which commemorates the attacks of September 11, 2001. Afterwards, you can walk to the One World Trade Center building. The Observatory on the 100th floor of this monumental skyscraper offers breathtaking vistas. A short stroll away is Brookfield Place, home to some of New York’s best boutiques and stores. Feeling peckish? Pay a visit to the amazing French food hall, Le District.

Warm up for New York's nightlife by sipping a hand crafted cocktail at the hotel's welcoming lounge bar and kitchen, The Stinger. Sample some of chef Todd English’s delicious light bites, and then walk over to Broadway to take in a show. Afterwards, head down to the Spotted Pig in the West Village. This British-inspired gastropub is a well-known celebrity hangout, so keep your eyes open. Round off a memorable evening by gathering around the piano for a singing session at lively Marie's Crisis.
