Conference Lodging

A block of rooms is reserved at the rate of AED 850 per night (Single/Double) + AED 20 per night Tourism fee. Hotel room rates are inclusive of 7% municipality fee, 10% service charge & 5% VAT in effect at the time of check in. 

A Single includes 1 buffet breakfast and Double includes 2 buffet breakfasts.

Last date to make sleeping room reservations is November 5, 2026.

Hotel Guest Meeting Registration Discount

Check-In/Check-Out

The hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.

Parking

Only valet parking is available, and there is no option to self-park your vehicle. The price per hour for valet parking is 15 AED.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
