Full Meeting Registration includes access to all concurrent sessions, the Exhibit Hall, reception and Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. To receive the Member Rate you need to be an SRAI Member at the time of the meeting. Please note: Tuesday workshops are not included and require a separate fee.

*Hotel Guest Meeting Rate - Terms and Conditions:

To qualify for the discounted Hotel Guest Meeting Rate, you must stay at least one night at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and book your room within the official room block.

  • You are responsible for booking your own room and covering all hotel charges directly with the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai.

  • Hotel reservations must be made at the time of meeting registration. A hotel confirmation number is required.

  • Only reservations made under the official room block are eligible for the Hotel Guest Rate. The room block closes on November 5, 2026.

  • If your stay cannot be verified, you will be invoiced the full registration rate.

Registration Policy

We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline, November 13, 2026, you may register and pay onsite. For onsite registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a Full Member of SRAI at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before November 10, 2026. Cancellations submitted on or before November 10, 2026, will be refunded less a $150 meeting cancellation fee, and/or a $75 workshop cancellation fee per workshop. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after November 10, 2026. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srai.og

Accommodation Request

Requests for accessibility accommodation must be submitted on or before November 10, 2026, to SRAI in writing to registration@srai.org.

Artificial Intelligence Policy 

SRAI wants to encourage participation and collaboration, while maintaining everyone's right to privacy. With this in mind, we do not allow Artificial Intelligence software "bots" to attend our public or private events. This also applies to SRAI webinars, Coffee Talks, virtual conferences, and committee meetings; these are only available to members and paying non-members and should not be captured by AI bots. Association staff will remove AI bots from meetings.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRAI and other third parties.
