Full or Chapter Membership in SRA International is required to attend the meeting. If you are not a member of SRA International, your Full Membership fee will be included in the meeting registration fee. Full meeting registration includes access to the live educational content, Chapter Business Meeting, networking during the event, and access to the on-demand recording for up to 30 days post-event.

Checks must include participant name and completed registration form. 

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before June 17, 2021. Cancellations submitted on or before June 17, 2020, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If membership dues were paid while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after June 17, 2020. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.


We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a Full or Chapter Member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.
