Grace Under Pressure: A Discussion on Deadlines and Stress
May 14 | 2:00 PM ET

Any career in research administration is marked by a ceaseless cascade of overlapping deadlines, each of which presents its own series of challenges. Successful administrators learn to navigate not only the practical logistics of deadlines, but also the stress that hyper-demanding periods create for themselves and their teams. This discussion will focus on strategies for managing deadline-driven stress both as an individual and a leader, and review lessons learned by experienced administrators during times of peak pressure.
