Nominations are now open for the following positions:

The deadline to submit nominations is Monday, June 24, 2019, 11:59 PM EDT.

Help SRA International develop excellence in research administration, management and development of our profession by submitting a nomination to serve on the Board of Directors!

As a member of the Board of Directors, you will volunteer with a diverse group of leaders who will make decisions on SRA International’s continued success.

Terms will begin at the close of the Annual Business Meeting in San Francisco, following announcement of the election results. The terms will terminate at the close of the Annual Business Meeting in the appropriate year, depending on the length of the term for the position.


Who can submit a nomination?

You must be a Full Member of SRA International to nominate yourself or another member for office.

To submit a self-nomination or to nominate someone else for office, please complete the steps below.


Self-Nominations

Submit your nomination online at https://elections.srainternational.org or via email at elections@srainternational.org.

The following supporting documents will be required for all nominations. The supporting documents must be included with the online submission or the email submission.

  • 2019 Nomination Form (for email submissions)
  • Copies of letters of support from three (3) members from at least two (2) Sections
  • An abbreviated curriculum vitae, focusing on research administration experience, especially SRA International activities (and/or activities that demonstrate capability for the position)
  • A brief, one-page bio and professional photo (head and shoulders recommended) for publishing
  • Letter of support from candidate's immediate supervisor on institutional letterhead
  • Signed Statement of Responsibilities and Professional Conduct
  • Signed SRA International Non-Disclosure Agreement

Nominate Another Member for Office

If you are a full member of SRA International, you may nominate another member for office online at https://elections.srainternational.org or via email at elections@srainternational.org.

  • Complete and submit the 2019 Nominator Form (for email submissions)
  • Submit a Letter of Support for nominee

Nominees will be required to submit the following supporting documents by June 24, 2019: 

  • A signed letter of willingness to be nominated
  • Copies of letters of support from two (2) members from at least two (2) Sections
  • An abbreviated curriculum vitae, focusing on research administration experience, especially SRA International activities (and/or activities that demonstrate capability for the position)
  • A brief, one-page bio and professional photo (head and shoulders recommended) for publishing
  • Letter of support from candidate's immediate supervisor on institutional letterhead
  • Signed Statement of Responsibilities and Professional Conduct
  • Signed SRA International Non-Disclosure Agreement

Completed Nomination Packets must be submitted by Monday, June 24, 2019 by 11:59 PM EDT.
