Adapting to Change: Building Flexible Organizations

Wednesday, September 26, 2018 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm

The ability of an organization to adapt quickly to a changing environment is critical to its health and success, in both the short and the long term. These changes can span the scale of significance and impact – everything from implementing a new enterprise system, a hiring freeze or changing the soda machine from Coke to Pepsi in the break room. Some changes are planned, some are a surprise, but regardless of the circumstance, managing change is rarely accompanied by enough resources to effectively manage it.

This webinar will focus on strategies of how to build flexibility into an organization so that it can bend, adapt, absorb and hopefully embrace the change.
