David Sauvage is a teacher, and trainer of empathy and emotional intelligence.
David is grounded in a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, and loves talking about emotions, healing, trauma, intuition and relationships. Folks often invite him to speak on empathy, a subject of expertise.
David used to work in film, directing documentaries and commercials. Despite a few successes, his career sputtered, and he found himself in a depression. With plant medicine, he realized he was an empath. It turned out, he was absorbing the emotions of others. He worked through these emotions, learned boundaries, and emerged as you see him today. David shares his story in his play, on this podcast, and in his book, "Healing Heals the Healer Too."
