Our Departmental Administration Training Intensive merges SRAI's LevelUp micro-credential modules with dynamic instructor-led sessions, allowing you to navigate the intricacies of research administration with finesse. During this program, our speakers dive into the essentials of Departmental Administration, starting with the intricacies of sponsor dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and organizational landscapes. From there, sessions will focus on pre-award research concepts, delving into guideline reviews, budget crafting, and proposal preparation with precision and expertise. The training will also cover managing active awards, honing your administrative prowess in tasks such as expense allocation, effort reporting, sponsor communication, and award closeouts.
All registered participants will have access to an SRAI Connect Community for the course, where you can ask the speakers and cohort questions, share useful documents or information, discuss crucial topics, and more.
