Regnier Jurado 

With over 20 years of experience in research and financial administration, Mr. Regnier Jurado is the Senior Director of Research Management Solutions, Office of Research and Economic Development at Florida International University (FIU).  In his current capacity one of his responsibilities is to serve the Subaward Team with contractual, compliance, and monitoring matters.  Throughout his career he has provided training and development; oversight of grant activities and procedures; and collaborative development and implementation of systems and processes to optimize organizational accountability.  He also served as Trainer/Mentor on a NIH-funded collaboration to assist in developing the Office of Sponsored Programs at Muhimbili University and Allied Science (MUHAS) in Tanzania during his time with the University of California, San Francisco.  

Donna Kiley 

Ms. Donna Kiley is the Senior Direct of Post Award, Office of Research and Economic Development at Florida International University (FIU). She has over 18 years in research administration and 15 years in public accounting.  In her current capacity, she has overall responsibility for the financial administration of contracts and grants awarded to FIU.  She has presented on Subrecipient Management and Monitoring numerous times in the last 7 years at national, regional and local conferences in the field of research administration. Donna is experienced in public speaking, project management, regulation interpretation and policy development. She has a vast knowledge of federal guidelines, is a liaison on sponsor audits and developed education and training programs. Donna is actively engaged in industry associations and is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA).

Shacey Temperly

Ms. Shacey Temperly is a Senior Manager in the Research Enterprise Services practice at Attain Partners. Ms. Temperly is an experienced professional with more than 15 years of experience in research administration.  Prior to joining Attain Partners she worked in research administration at University of California, Davis and George Washington University.  Her background covers all phases and functional areas of the research lifecycle. Her expertise pulls from her deep involvement with business process reviews, organizational redesign, and strategic planning. She specializes in procedural, system, and control analyses to create operational and financial efficiencies. Since joining Attain Partners, Ms. Temperly has participated in delivering grant accounting, business process reengineering, strategic planning, project management, change management, and technology maximization projects.
