Opening Reception
Get ready to mingle and have fun at this year’s reception! Grab a drink and make lifetime network connections with the most interesting people in the Research Administration field. Casual attire and good mood are encouraged. The Reception is on Monday, April 25 at 5:00 PM.

Section Happy Hours
Want to join your Section for a drink and explore sunny Phoenix? Have a cocktail or mocktail and meet others from your Section. Join your Section on Tuesday, April 26 for an informal gathering; attendees are responsible for their own expenses.

Dinner Groups
To join a Sunday Dinner Group and/or a Monday Dinner Group sign up online or onsite at SRA International Registration. This is a great networking opportunity! Participants are responsible for their own expense. Groups will meet at SRAI Registration 15 minutes before the time of the restaurant reservation. Click here to sign up online. Onsite Volunteer Opportunities

Don't miss your chance to increase your network and meet other research administrators by volunteering onsite! To volunteer, please sign up online in advance and/or onsite at SRA International Registration!

Room Monitor
If you are planning on attending a workshop or session, we could greatly use your help to assist the speakers and validate certificate tracking booklets upon completion of the workshops and sessions. To be a room monitor for a workshop (session), you need to be registered for the full meeting and for that particular workshop. Click here to volunteer as a Room Monitor. Online sign up will close Friday, April 22. You still have the opportunity to sign up onsite. 

Ambassador
The SRAI Ambassador Program was established to help first time attendees’ network with other members and get the most out of the meeting. Ambassadors wear red pins throughout the entire meeting so they can be easily identified. First time attendees are encouraged to ask Ambassadors for help at any time. If Ambassadors don't have the answer, they will get you in touch with the right person. Click here to volunteer as an Ambassador.

Registration
SRAI Registration volunteers assist with the check in of pre-registered attendees. No experience is necessary! This is a great way to get involved and meet new SRAI members.
