Check-In/Check-Out

The hotel check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.

Parking

The current overnight valet rate is $38.00. The current overnight self-parking rate is $28.00. The parking rates that are in affect during the dates of your meeting may be greater or less and will be applicable to those that choose to park in the hotel parking facility.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one night's room and general excise tax charge. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
